After a friend's attempts to find fresh blueberry muffins were met with a Hostess of disappointment, I decided that it would be next on my list to bake. I had an amazing recipe that was used at a brunch I hosted, so I busted it out, wiped the crumb topping stains off of it, and produced the most beautiful and amazing tasting batch of muffins to ever grace my dining room table.
The next morning before starting class, chapel, errands and essays, we made breakfast! Breakfast is the best meal of the day, hands down, but it's so inconviently placed at a time where hand-eye coordination isn't always the best, and where the warm bed is so much more comforting. This makes breakfast a rare treat. French toast, eggs with cheese, muffins, and some minute maid to start our day off right! The best part? Getting to eat eggs that weren't cafeteria made and powder produced. =)

Mmmmm, I actually just made the greatest quesadilla ever in the whole universe right now.
for reals.
Chocolate-covered pretzels ARE way too easy to make...I made some the day before I had Dresden and ate them all before I went in to labor. Salty + sweet = yummy.
